As we regard our collection as high value items, we use an express delivery service to get your orders delivered fast and securely.
Typically orders placed before 11am on working days (Monday – Friday) will be subjected for dispatch on the same day and delivery will be within 24 to 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Orders placed after 11am on working days (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the following day and delivery would be within 24 to 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) will be dispatched on Monday and delivery would be within 24 to 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Orders with a weight above 1kg will be subjected to an additional delivery charge for each additional 1kg.
Delivery for all orders will take between 2 to 3 working days from the date of order placement.
Order deliveries will not be made on Sundays.
Orders placed on Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Our delivery agent will contact you prior to delivery to inform you about the delivery time. Customers are RESPONSIBLE and MUST be contactable at all times. In the event multiple attempts are made by the courier service and customers do not respond, the courier service will be forced to return the package to Sona Mandhir. Customers can collect the item from the Sona Mandhir store or must bear the cost of a second delivery attempt of LKR 500 payable to Sona Mandhir prior to delivery.

Orders placed after 11am on working days (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the following day and delivery would be within 7-10 working days from the time of dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) will be dispatched on Monday and delivery would be within 7-10 working days from the time of dispatch.
